2. Service Description

Blysser provides AI-powered prayer generation and spiritual guidance services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Providing accurate information
• All activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled case-by-case

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Share harmful or inappropriate content
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Impersonate others

6. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all subscribers, Blysser implements a fair use policy. Paid users may generate up to 60 prayers per day. If this threshold is exceeded within a 24-hour period, further prayer generation will be temporarily restricted for the remainder of the day. Subscribers will regain access to prayer generation the following day. This measure is in place to maintain the app’s stability and performance for all members of the community.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through Blysser are protected by intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Blysser provides spiritual guidance tools but is not a substitute for professional religious or therapeutic advice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Blysser constitutes acceptance of any changes.
